Two-piece Hooded Design: With two-piece hooded three-dimensional cut and elastic band around the face opening, the hood can better fit the shape of face and enhance the protection effect.

Seam sealed tape workmanship: Each seam is sealed with tape, and the waist is applied with an internal elastic band, which better enhance the seam protection and the fitness of the suit.

Elastic cuff: The cuff uses an internal elastic band to further enhance tightness and protection.

Closed Placket Design: Center front zipper application allows easy put-on and take-off while the zipper placket design brings better protection

Technical Details:

Needle stitching, bonding, and heat-sealing processes are applied to the connection part of the protective suit. The holes of the stitches are sealed. The stitch pitch should be 8 to 14 stitches per 3cm. The stitches are aligned and properly spaced. There shouldn’t be skipped stitch. Bonded or hot- sealed parts shall be flat and sealed without air bubbles.

The zipper of the protective clothing should not be exposed, and the zipper puller should be self-locking.

The structure of protective suit should be in conformity, easy to put on and take off, and the joints must be tight.

Elastic cuffs and ankles, and elastic hood and waist openings.

The protective suit is in overall structure,which consists of a hooded top and pants.

Fabric Details:

Materials: Polypropylene Spunbonded PE Film Coated Non-woven.

Content Rate: 100% Polyester

The protective suit is made of PP Spunbond Non-Woven Fabric Laminated with PE Film.

The raw material is high in strength, soft in touch, skin-friendly, comfortable to wear, and strong in antistatic performance.

It has good anti-infiltration performance, high filtering efficiency, surface moisture resistance, strength and air permeability, which allows it to effectively prevent dust and water.

Sterilization: Ethylene Oxide Sterilization

Wearing Protective Suit: (Sterile / Non-sterile Surgical Medical Coverall)

Disinfect your hands before wearing.

Select the appropriate size.

Wear pants first and then the top , put on safety shoes or shoe covers, put on the hood and zip up, velcro up center front placket and put on protective gloves.

Removing Protective Suit: (Sterile / Non-sterile Surgical Medical Coverall)

Please remove it in the safe zone. First remove protective gloves, disinfect hands, and then wear gloves.

Remove other protective articles, unzip the zipper, lift the hat upward to separate the hat from the head, take off sleeves, jackets, lower clothes and protective shoes, take off the edges and roll them from top to bottom, take off pollutants directly toward the inside, and put them into the designated container together with shoe covers or safety shoes after taking off.

Please select the appropriate size to maximize the protection. Undersize or oversize dressing may result incomplete protection and may reduce the durability.

Application:

This product is valid for one year and is forbidden to be used after the expiration date.
